Terms of Use

Your appointment can be moved, once only, provided you give us at least 3 working days’ notice.  
 
Please note that messages of cancellation left on our answering machine after 530 pm on Saturdays cannot be retrieved until 9.30 am Tuesdays.  Therefore the time of cancellation will be deemed to be the time your message is retrieved, not the time it was sent. 
 
Credit will not be provided in the event of a ‘No Show’ or cancellations with less than 3 working days’ notice.
